Below you will find booking forms for the 2009 events. These prices will remain very similar for 2010.

Booking procedure:

To book a stand, please complete an Application Form for each event you wish to exhibit at. (You do not need to repeat your contact details in full on every form.)

The Forms show the costs for stands of various sizes, with or without our tenting. Also shown are costs for optional extras such as flooring, electricity supply, tent linings, furniture hire etc. Call us for advice if you need help to complete your form on 01798 861 815.

Please note that these are application forms, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any application. Cheques will not be banked until the application is accepted.
To enable us to assess your application, please email or send us details of what you wish to exhibit, and if possible any examples of your presentation at other events.
(We may be able to accept a company for one event but not for another.)

If you are applying for more than one event, you do not need to repeat your full company details on each form.
